Focused & Determined
to Earn You Justice

About Moosbrugger Law

We firmly believe that no one should be discriminated against based on traits that can’t be controlled such as race, gender, age, disability, or any other protected class. Our passion for helping those who face workplace discrimination has shaped our entire practice. 99% of people cannot survive without employment. It is unfair that people should struggle to find employment and provide for themselves and their families due to a feature that doesn’t affect their work ethic or employability. Based in Phoenix, AZ, our firm has a high success rate of getting justice for Arizona employees.

Have you faced discrimination in the workplace?

Meet Your Attorney

Matthew is an Arizona-based employment attorney passionate about preventing employment discrimination and harassment in the workplace. Matthew is a strong advocate who regularly represents clients in employment discrimination and harassment complaints, employment litigation, and other adversarial matters, as well as policy drafting, providing EEO and anti-harassment training, and other non-adversarial matters.

As a former federal employee who adjudicated countless employment discrimination cases at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Library of Congress, Matthew understands the complex framework employees must endure to exercise their rights as victims of employment discrimination, workplace harassment, or wrongful termination. Matthew is passionate about helping employees throughout the country and regularly represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Merit Systems Protection Board, and Office of Special Counsel.

Matthew’s unique experience adjudicating Charges of Discrimination for the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Library of Congress makes him particularly skilled at proving violations of employee’s rights and getting his clients the justice they deserve.

After working for various State and Federal agencies in Arizona and Washington D.C., Matthew transitioned to private practice and became an experienced litigator.
