Matthew Moosbrugger

Matthew is an Arizona-based employment attorney dedicated to promoting fair, inclusive, and legally compliant workplaces. He represents both employees and employers in matters involving employment discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, and other complex employment disputes. In addition to his advocacy in administrative proceedings and litigation, Matthew provides proactive support to organizations through policy development, workplace investigations, EEO and anti-harassment training, and strategic employment counseling.

Before entering private practice, Matthew served in various roles with state and federal agencies in Arizona and Washington, D.C. Through his work with the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Library of Congress, he gained extensive experience evaluating and adjudicating Charges of Discrimination and other employment-related claims.

Drawing on this background, Matthew opened Moosbrugger Law to deliver high-quality representation to clients on both sides of the employment relationship. His insight into how agencies investigate and resolve discrimination and harassment claims enables him to build effective cases, identify risks, and guide clients toward informed, strategic outcomes.
