Matthew Moosbrugger
Employment Law Attorney
Matthew is an Arizona-based employment attorney dedicated to promoting fair, inclusive, and legally compliant workplaces. He represents both employees and employers in matters involving employment discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, and other complex employment disputes. In addition to advocacy in administrative proceedings and litigation, Matthew provides proactive support through policy development, workplace investigations, EEO and anti-harassment training, and strategic employment counseling.
Before entering private practice, Matthew served in roles with state and federal agencies in Arizona and Washington, D.C., including the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Library of Congress. He gained extensive experience evaluating and adjudicating charges of discrimination and other employment-related claims.
